The brothers got into the business in the later half of 2018. In response to the challenges posed by post-pandemic supply chain disruptions and escalating food costs, the American Pie Company brothers spearheaded innovative solutions aimed at maintaining the quality of their fresh pizza offerings while keeping costs down for customers. 

They leveraged insights from the evolving food industry landscape, where quality and cost efficiency had become increasingly intertwined. By enhancing their supply chain management, they reduced waste and improved efficiency, directly impacting the cost of ingredients without compromising on quality. Additionally, they adopted a culture of quality awareness throughout their operations, from sourcing ingredients to the final product, ensuring that every step was optimized for both economic and quality benefits. The brothers from a family of seven boys decided to embark on a culinary adventure. They had all been working together in the pizza business, crafting delectable pies and ensuring prompt deliveries. As their contract with their employer came to an end, the brothers realized they had a golden opportunity at their fingertips. With their experience and passion for pizza, they made the bold decision to open their own independent pizzeria. And so, the story of these four brothers and their entrepreneurial spirit began, as they set out to make a name for themselves in the world of pizza.
